Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Drill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
While we strive to ensure high availability of our platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We provide support through our standard support channels during business hours.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
In no event shall Drill, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
